Firstly, I’d like to thank everyone that actually still checks up on me and see’s what’s going on. I know I have been failing at updating and such. I’m only working one job now since the other job ended the beginning of June. Thankfully, I really disliked my other job. I’m currently just working at Hastings as a barista, which is really fun. It’s weird how things in my life have changed over just this year alone. I’m much happier and I’m becoming more outgoing and less timid. It’s a nice change. I’m starting to feel more comfortable with who I am.

I’m starting college in the fall. I got accepted, registered and all that good stuff. I move into my dorm on the 17th. I’m really excited about this. I can’t wait to start the whole art thing and to meet new friends and such. It should be fun. Hopefully…

I’m going to California the beginning of August to meet a friend of mine, Shae. Needless to say, I’m super stoked about this. I’ve only ever been to one other state other than the one I live in and that was Mississippi. So, it’s not like I’ve really been anywhere cool. This should definitely be an experience.

I’ve been thinking about a new layout for a while now. Just ideas in my head, so hopefully I will get the motivation to actually create one soon.

Okay, so I am highly aware that I have slacked majorly on this site. And, to be honest, it’s not because I want to. It’s just I’ve been really unmotivated and have felt drained sort of. I am really going to try and work on something soon. I just recently got a second job at Hastings so working two jobs is something different for me. I guess just a lot has been going on lately, but I’m really going to try and not neglect this site as much. I should have time on Saturday to go through and return all my comments from the previous entry. Thank you so much for the Birthday wishes. Turning 22 wasn’t so bad after all. I’ve applied for college recently so there are some things I need to do with that to finish the application completely. I’ve finished the FAFSA information. So, I’m pretty on top of things, I think.

Anyway, how have you guys been?

First of all, I’m sorry that I have been such a slacker with this website. I’ve been busy lately and at first I was just really unhappy and lacked the motivation to do much of anything. However, It’s a brand new year now and I’m just going to let go of the past and not let this year be a drag like previous ones. So, how was everyones new year? Tell me about it. I stayed at home for New Years. I was originally going to hang out with some friends, but I changed my mind. It’s just another day though, right? Not a big deal.

My birthday is in 3 days. I’ll be 22-years-old. Such a retarded age to turn. I just want to stay 21 forever. That sounds like a lovely plan to me. So far, I don’t have any plans for that either. What a boring life I lead. We’ll see what happens.

Quick thought: Why would the court system make you swear under oath? I mean, aren’t State and Religion not supposed to be mixed? Also, what if I don’t believe in god? Then, it doesn’t mean anything regardless. Also, if someone just slaughtered a whole family I really don’t think they’re going to mind lying under oath. I think the whole bible and under oath thing should be done away with. It’s pointless.

Anyway, I’m going to work on a new layout for real and comment everyone from the last few blogs. Really sorry for my slacking. Happy New Year everyone!
